NetAcquire Cloud
Run Telemetry Workloads Where the Mission Needs Them
- Cloud-native deployment of NetAcquire telemetry processing
- AWS support available first with additional platforms planned
- Deploy recording, decommutation, CSS, and Data Flow capabilities as software services
- Scale processing resources to match mission requirements
- Integrates with existing telemetry systems and TMoIP infrastructure
Modern aerospace missions increasingly rely on distributed teams, geographically separated assets, and networkcentric operations. NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud extends the NetAcquire telemetry processing environment beyond dedicated hardware and virtual machines, enabling telemetry workloads to be deployed as cloud-native services.
Rather than requiring telemetry processing to reside at a specific location, NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud allows mission architects to place processing functions where they provide the greatest operational benefit, whether near the data source, within a private network, or in cloud infrastructure.
From a single processing node to a large distributed deployment, NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud delivers the familiar NetAcquire software environment while providing the flexibility, scalability, and accessibility of modern cloud platforms.
Cloud Telemetry Processing
NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud supports a broad range of telemetry acquisition, processing, recording, transport, and distribution functions, including:
- Telemetry over IP (TMoIP
- Data Flow Engine (DFE) processing
- Telemetry decommutation and commutation
- Advanced Correlating Source Selector (A-CSS™)
- IRIG 106 Chapter 10 recording and playback
- IADS and Publish/subscribe data distribution
- Data format conversion and protocol translation
- Real-time custom processing and automation
Designed for Hybrid Missions
Cloud deployment does not require replacing existing telemetry systems.
NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud integrates with existing range infrastructure, ground stations, recording systems, TMoIP networks, and deployed NetAcquire hardware. Mission workloads can remain where low latency or local control are required while additional processing, recording, distribution, analytics, and engineering access operate elsewhere.
This hybrid approach allows organizations to introduce cloud capabilities incrementally while preserving existing investments and operational procedures.
Scalability When It Matters
Traditional telemetry infrastructure is often sized for peak mission requirements.
NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud allows processing resources to be deployed, expanded, or reduced as mission needs evolve. Additional recording, processing, distribution, or source-selection capacity can be brought online without procuring and integrating new hardware.
Whether supporting a focused development effort, a flighttest campaign, or a multi-site mission, resources can be aligned with operational requirements rather than fixed infrastructure constraints.
Interoperability First
Cloud-native telemetry processing must work with existing systems.
NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud is designed to operate within established telemetry architectures and supports integration with existing telemetry sources, IP networks, client applications, recording systems, and data consumers. Cloud deployments become part of the telemetry architecture rather than isolated processing islands.
Supported users include engineering teams, range operations personnel, test organizations, satellite operators, and remote mission support teams.
Key Benefits
- Deploy telemetry workloads without dedicated processing hardware
- Scale resources dynamically as mission requirements change
- Support distributed engineering and operations teams
- Extend existing telemetry architectures into cloud environments
- Maintain familiar NetAcquire workflows and operational concepts
- Deploy recording, decommutation, processing, and distribution services independently or together
- Support hybrid architectures spanning cloud, virtualized, and physical systems
- Reduce deployment time for new telemetry capabilities
Available Soon
Initial deployments supported on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additional cloud and deployment platforms are planned as part of the continuing evolution of the NetAcquire software ecosystem.
Telemetry Infrastructure Should Follow the Mission
NetAcquire Telemetry Cloud enables telemetry processing to operate where it delivers the greatest mission value. By separating telemetry workloads from dedicated infrastructure, organizations gain new flexibility while preserving compatibility with the systems, workflows, and operational environments they already trust.
