Junior Sales Associate
NetAcquire Corporation is pleased to announce a full-time outside Sales Associate In Training position at our Kirkland, WA office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Associate In Training, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to support a variety of sales activities, including client outreach and field sales efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in learning and applying effective sales techniques while building strong customer service and relationship management skills. You will support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and develop relationships with internal teams and external clients. The Junior Sales Associate will also participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer training to gain exposure to the broader market.
Responsibilities
- Interact with new or existing customers to increase sales of our products or services
- Research and profile potential sales targets to evaluate leads and develop sales pipelines
- Utilize proven sales techniques to initiate contact, assess customer needs, and present relevant solutions that generate revenue for the organization
- Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations that educate and expose customers to product offerings and drive the sales process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction and positive experience for customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, competitor positioning, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Teams
- Technical background, electronic or software
- Clear and persuasive communicator
- Possesses a motivated and self-reliant work style with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make product-based sales and marketing presentations to small and large groups
- Strong interest in learning new applications, systems, and tools
- Must be a U.S Citizen and eligible for a DoD Security Clearance
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a good driving record
Additional Preferred Skills and Experience
- Sales or sales related training
- Basic marketing skills
- Courteous and professional phone skills
- Willingness to travel to see customers
- Demonstrated experience working in exhibit booths
Education Requirements
- A bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant training in business administration, computer science, computer engineering, or similar
Physical Requirements
- Working at a desktop computer
- Possible travel
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Due to the nature of our work as a government contractor, some employee positions are required to have full U.S Citizenship at the time of hire.
This is an hourly position, and the pay rate will be DOE, between $25 to $28 per hour. This is a 6 month training position with a path to becoming a full-fledged sales associate with a compensation package including base salary and commission structure..
