NetAcquire Corporation offers annual technical product support subscriptions for hardware and software system maintenance and repair. Subscribers receive no charge system hardware repairs (less shipping charges) at NetAcquire facilities, as well as no-charge software updates as they become available during the subscription period, and standard NetAcquire product training courses presented at NetAcquire’s facility in Kirkland, WA. Subscribers also receive expedited telephone and e-mail technical support services and on-site technical support services (travel related expenses are not included). Custom engineering services for items such as customer-requested product enhancements are not included in the services provided through a NetAcquire Technical Product Support Subscription. No-charge on-site technical support is only provided if all reasonable attempts to resolve an issue by telephone, remote access, or electronic exchange of data have failed to provide a resolution. In any case, where on-site technical support services are requested, all travel related costs shall be the expense of the subscriber.

Toolkit Technical Product Support Subscriptions

NetAcquire Corporation offers annual toolkit technical product support subscriptions. Subscribers receive no-charge software updates as they become available during the subscription period and standard NetAcquire product training courses presented at NetAcquire’s facility in Kirkland, WA. Subscribers also receive expedited telephone and e-mail technical support services and on-site technical support services (travel related expenses are not included). Custom engineering services for items such as developing customer applications are not included in the services provided through a NetAcquire Toolkit Technical Product Support Subscription but are available on an hourly basis.. No-charge on-site technical support is only provided if all reasonable attempts to resolve an issue by telephone, remote access, or electronic exchange of data have failed to provide a resolution.
